As a part of the Function Complex exhibition, Otto Resource and Grocery collaborated with Danish jewelry designer wette mille and contemporary artist Huey Ruckus (the alias of Alex Anyaegbunam) to create a unique series of 9 wearable brooches. Inspired by the concept of embellishment in fashion, Otto Resource saw a perfect synergy between the works of these two artists.

Wette Mille
wette mille was founded in 2022 by Mette Søs Wille and shaped by a quiet trust in process, material, and time. Growing up on the windswept island of Fanø, where her father collected amber along the shore, nature became an early guide into form and meaning. That same sense of movement and raw presence runs through every piece today. Each design carries traces of wind, sea, and handcraft, translating memory into metal and stone. Now based in Nørrebro, Copenhagen, the studio continues to grow slowly and deliberately, guided by curiosity, repetition, and the belief that what lasts must be allowed to take its time.
